The Scottish Tourism Alliance unveils their manifesto calling on the future Scottish government to support growth and competitiveness of the Scottish tourism industry. The Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA) unveiled its Manifesto to political parties ahead of next year’s Scottish Parliamentary elections.

New Year, New Focus

2015 was quite a year for Go Rural. There were a lot of highlights which included:
- Promoting agritourism and rural tourism at the Royal Highland Show.
- Independent evaluation demonstrating highly effective delivery of Scotland’s first two agritourism monitor farms by Go Rural.
- Scottish Agritourism Conference which attracted over 150 delegates and high levels speakers
- Sheena joining Caroline in becoming a Scottish Enterprise Rural Leader
In 2016 Go Rural, who have been driving the agritourism agenda in Scotland over the past three years are re-focusing our efforts on delivering support to a wider range of businesses.
